A digital business card for real estate that captures the lead, not just the number

Buyers scan the yard sign at 7pm on a Sunday. BizLane hands them your profile, your listings, your reviews — and a two-tap intake that lands in your CRM before they leave the curb.

Why real estate runs on BizLane

Attribution per listing

Point one QR at 1408 Alder and another at the open house rider. Every submission carries the device it came from, so you know which sign produced the buyer.

Signs, riders, and tap cards

Unlimited devices on every plan. Yard signs, window clings, listing flyers, and NFC cards can all point at the same intake flow.

Straight into your CRM

Buyer and seller intake routes to your CRM by webhook the moment it is submitted, with an instant email alert to you.

Flows worth building first

Build each intake in the Lane builder, then point whichever devices you like at it. Change the questions any time and every card, sign and sticker updates instantly — no reprinting.

  • Tour request with financing status and timing
  • Buyer intake with price band and timeline
  • Seller valuation request with property address
  • Open house sign-in that replaces the paper clipboard

What one interaction looks like

  1. 1. Tap or scan. A buyer taps your card or scans the rider QR on the sign.
  2. 2. Your profile opens. Photo, brokerage, save-contact, listings, reviews and the actions you chose.
  3. 3. They answer two questions. Timeline, financing, price band — whatever qualifies for you.
  4. 4. You get the lead. Instant email plus a CRM webhook, tagged with the exact sign it came from.

Real estate questions, answered

Yes. Create one device per sign inside the same Lane. Each device has its own QR and its own identity, so a submission from 1408 Alder is recorded separately from the one on the rider two streets over — without building a separate form for each listing.

It does. Visitors scan the QR on the entry table, see your profile, and answer the same questions you would have asked on paper. Names arrive typed and legible, timestamped, and already in your CRM before you lock up.

Keep it to three questions or fewer at the curb: are you buying or selling, what is your timeline, and are you pre-approved or working with an agent. Longer qualification converts better once you are in a conversation, not on a phone at the kerbside.

Yes. Add each agent as a member, give everyone their own card, and share the intake Lanes across the team. Leads stay attributed to the agent's card while staying visible to the brokerage.

Yes. The card stores a permanent BizLane URL, not your content. You can change the questions, the buttons, the branding, or point the device at a completely different Lane at any time, and every card already in the wild updates instantly. Nothing is reprinted.

Yes, through outbound webhooks. Each submission is posted as JSON to the endpoint you configure, including the contact, their type, every answer, the Lane owner it was routed to, and the device that produced it, so it can flow into HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make, or a system you built yourself. Failed deliveries are retried automatically with backoff.

No. NFC reading is built into iPhone and Android. iPhone XR and newer read tags with the screen on and unlocked, with no app and no setup. If a phone cannot read NFC, the printed QR code on the card does the same thing.
