How it works
How a tap becomes a lead you can act on.
BizLane replaces the paper handoff with something measurable. A device points at a Lane, flows are the actions inside that Lane, and every visitor comes back as a contact with the device, the flow and the timestamp attached. Three words, and you know the whole product.
- Lane — one tap experience
- The screen someone lands on when they tap or scan. Your logo, your name, your offer — one Lane per person, location, offer or campaign.
- Flow — an action inside a Lane
- The buttons on that screen: save contact, call, text, review, book, pay, socials, or an intake form. Add as many as you need to any Lane.
- Device — what points at a Lane
- Any NFC card, sticker, sign, QR code or plain link. Unlimited devices can point at the same Lane, and each one is tracked separately.
How BizLane works
A tap, a Lane, a lead you can actually act on.
Scroll once and you'll have the whole model: devices point at a Lane, flows live inside it, and every tap comes back as attributed intelligence.

01 — Device
One thing to tap.
A card, a sticker, a truck decal, a table sign, a QR, or a plain link. Point as many as you like at the same place — each one is tracked separately.
02 — Lane
They land on your Lane.
A Lane is one tap experience: your logo, your name, your offer. Build a Lane per person, location, offer or campaign.
03 — Flows
Flows are the actions inside it.
Save contact, call, review, book, quote form, socials. Add as many flows to a Lane as you need — flows are never metered.
04 — Capture
A tap becomes a record.
Pick a flow, answer a couple of questions, consent once. You get a contact with answers, the device it came from, and a timestamp.
05 — Intelligence
Then it goes to work.
The lead hits your inbox, your CRM and your export the moment it lands — with the device and the flow that produced it attached.
What that actually changes for your business.
Every tap is attributed
You see which card, sticker, sign or link produced the lead — so you can stop reprinting what does not work.
The contact is complete
Name, phone, email, answers and a consent snapshot arrive together, not scribbled on the back of a card.
It lands where you work
Instant email alerts, CSV export and webhook or GoHighLevel delivery with retries and a delivery log.
You change it after it ships
The device points at the Lane, not at a URL you baked in. Edit the Lane and every card in the wild updates.
Common questions
What is a Lane in BizLane?
A Lane is one tap experience — the screen someone lands on after they tap your NFC card or scan your QR code. It carries your logo, name and offer, and holds the flows a visitor can choose from. You can run a Lane per person, location, offer or campaign.
What is a flow?
A flow is an action inside a Lane: save contact, call, text, leave a review, book a meeting, request a quote, open a social profile or fill an intake form. Flows are unlimited on every plan — only the number of published Lanes is metered.
How does a tap turn into a lead?
The tap or scan is recorded before anything is typed. If the visitor opens an intake flow, their contact details, answers and consent are stored together with the device that produced the tap and a timestamp, then routed to your inbox, your CRM webhook or GoHighLevel, and your CSV export.
Do I need special hardware?
No. BizLane is software first. Point any programmable NFC card, sticker, sign, decal, QR code or plain short link at your Lane's device URL.
How is this better than a paper business card or a link-in-bio page?
A paper card ends at the handoff and a link-in-bio page cannot tell you who visited. BizLane saves your contact to their phone in one tap, asks the questions you choose, stores consent, and tells you which device and which flow produced each lead — so networking becomes measurable pipeline instead of a stack of cards.
