Every counter, lot sign and salesperson card feeding one pipeline

A QR on the service counter, a cling on the windscreen of unit 214, a card in the salesperson's pocket. All three collect the vehicle, the need, and the timing — and you can see which one produced the deal.

Why automotive sales & service runs on BizLane

Per-vehicle and per-advisor tracking

One device per lot sign or advisor. Analytics show which unit or which person converts the scans they get.

Service without the queue

Customers scan at the counter, describe the fault and pick a drop-off window instead of waiting for an advisor to free up.

After-hours capture

The lot is closed but the sign is not. Scans at 9pm arrive as qualified leads for the morning.

Flows worth building first

Build each intake in the Lane builder, then point whichever devices you like at it. Change the questions any time and every card, sign and sticker updates instantly — no reprinting.

  • Test drive request with vehicle and preferred time
  • Service booking with symptom and drop-off window
  • Trade-in valuation with make, model and mileage
  • Warranty and recall lookup

What one interaction looks like

  1. 1. They scan the cling or counter QR. Or tap the advisor's card.
  2. 2. Your dealership profile opens. Hours, department, reviews, and the actions you offer.
  3. 3. They tell you the vehicle and need. Model, symptom or interest, and the timing that suits.
  4. 4. The desk gets the lead. Instant email to the department plus a webhook into your DMS or CRM.

Automotive sales & service questions, answered

Yes, and you should. Create one device per unit so an after-hours scan on stock 214 tells you exactly which car the buyer was standing in front of. Devices are unlimited on every plan.

Yes. Build a Lane for each department with its own questions and its own notification recipients, then point the counter QR at service and the lot clings at sales.

Each submission is posted to a webhook endpoint as JSON with the contact, every answer, and the source device, which your DMS or middleware can consume like any other lead feed.

Printed QR clings are the durable option for glass and outdoor use. Keep NFC for the counter and advisor cards, where the phone is close enough to tap.

Yes. Every device has its own identity inside a Lane, so a submission records exactly which yard sign, table stand, or team member's card it came from. The analytics view shows taps, submissions, and conversion rate per device.

Yes, through outbound webhooks. Each submission is posted as JSON to the endpoint you configure, including the contact, their type, every answer, the Lane owner it was routed to, and the device that produced it, so it can flow into HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make, or a system you built yourself. Failed deliveries are retried automatically with backoff.

Unlimited devices on every plan. You are never charged per tap, per scan, or per sign. Plans differ by how many Lanes and team members you get, not by how much you use them.
